Creative Bible Tidbits, Issue #15 - Easter Ideas!
March 21, 2017

Can you believe it?! Easter is less than a month away! We wanted to pass along a few Easter ideas we thought you may enjoy using with your personal family or church family!

Planning your Easter Egg Hunt?

An Easter Object Lesson:

"From Empty to Faith-filled" -

Using a basket of Easter eggs you can point out five basic truths all beginning with the letter "F":

1)FOUND - Without Jesus, we are lost and need to be found.

2)FORGIVEN - With Jesus we are forgiven. All our sin has been paid for and taken away.

3)FILLED - Without Jesus we are empty and need to be filled.

4)FAMILY - With Jesus as our Lord & Savior, He puts us in His family so that one day we will go home to live with Him...

5) FOREVER in Heaven!

A printable object lesson script and a video demonstration are included! Easter object lesson

The Gospel Egg

We used to make a large "Gospel Egg" or "Promise Egg" for our kids when they were young and used it instead of a "Golden Egg". This kept the Good News of Jesus as the center of our Easter. The Gospel Egg is also fun to make with smaller eggs for children to take home from church and help them share the Gospel with others; our Awana kids loved them!

Try out some of the other Easter ideas we have on our Easter page including how to make your own Resurrection Eggs, Resurrection cookies, Easter games & more!

We pray you, your family, and your church family have an amazing Easter season filled with God's Word and His presence!

Sincerely in Christ,

Susan <><
